Universal snap-on patent system for small and large glazed areas
The Spacevault® Skylite comprises a patent snap-on extruded aluminium system, glazed with cold bent thermo-plastic glazing material.
Large areas may be glazed with a series of continuous Spacevaults mounted on a gutter system. The Spacevault® Skylite offers an attractive, versatile and economic method of covering small or large roof openings.
Design Capabilities
Low rise, mid rise, semi-circular or elliptical. Individual semi-circular Spacevault® not exceeding a span of 3 m, low rise Spacevault® not exceeding a span of 4 m. (For a greater span refer to the Megavault® Skylite)
Sub-structure
Spacevault® may be mounted onto any sound curb: timber, bricks, concrete or steel. Intermediate gutters may be supported by a spaceframe or any sub-structure made of steel, concrete or timber. Free spanning structural box gutters may also be used.
Glazing
Thermo-plastic polycarbonate, structured polycarbonate or acrylic, single or double glazing.
Accessories
Ventilation louvres, fire louvres, powervent and shading systems.
