The Vikon Valiant Skylite Systems are made of exclusive aluminium extruded tubular sections, containing structural

and glazing functional features in a single member. The system is aesthetically clean and uncluttered by unsightly projections.

The system contains integral non-slipneoprene weather seals. In the event of weather seal failure, internal drainage channels freely drain any leaked water to the outside. The patented fastening system ensures that, after assembly, all components and glazing panels are securely held in position. The system is able to withstand the design loads while still allowing for thermal movement of the glazing.

Aluminium

The properties of aluminium make it an ideal construction material for skylight applications. Its workability allows Vikon Valiant Skylite to extrude exclusive shapes to meet exacting job requirements. Its high strength and light weight ensures cost effective design.

Aluminium Finish

Aluminium structures are available in an assortment of different architectural finishes, such as anodizing or various paint coatings. Aluminium finish may be applied on the interior only, or the exterior only or both the interior and exterior.

Glazing Selection

acrylic, structured polycarbonate and other thermo plastic glazing materials. Glazing is available in different colours and tints with various thermal qualities. The selection of the glazing material is very important to the success of the skylight project.
